How to delete your data

If you signed in to MCH Nexus using Facebook and wish to delete your personal data from our platform, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Email us directly

Send a deletion request to privacy@mchnexus.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include your full name and the clinic name you were registered under. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook

You can revoke MCH Nexus access to your Facebook account at any time:

1. Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings
2. Click Apps and Websites
3. Find MCH Nexus and click Remove

This immediately revokes Facebook's access to your MCH Nexus account. To also delete your clinical records held by your clinic, please follow Option 1 above.

What gets deleted

Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone)
• Your login credentials and session data
• Your Facebook identity link

Clinical records (appointment history, assessments, notes) are held by the clinic you attended and are subject to their retention obligations under applicable health regulations. Contact your clinic directly if you also wish those records to be removed.
