1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone) and information generated by your use of the platform (appointment records, clinical notes, assessment results). Health-related data is classified as PHI and stored with appropriate safeguards.
2. How we use your information
We use your data solely to provide and improve the MCH Nexus platform: scheduling, clinical documentation, notifications, and optional AI-assisted features. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. AI processing
AI features process de-identified or consented data only. Before any content is sent to an AI model, personally identifiable health information is redacted. Patients may grant or revoke AI consent at any time.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to operate the platform (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, AI providers under data processing agreements). We do not share data with third parties for marketing.
5. Data retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable regulations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure, subject to legal hold obligations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@mchnexus.com.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is tenant-isolated at the database level using row-level security. We maintain audit logs of all privileged actions.
