1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MCH Nexus, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
MCH Nexus provides clinical practice management tools for mental health professionals and their patients. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable professional regulations.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process it only to provide the service. Health information is treated as protected health information (PHI) and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. AI features
AI-assisted features (session notes, assessment suggestions, transcription) are optional and require explicit consent. AI-generated content is advisory only and must be reviewed by a qualified clinician before use in a clinical record.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
